Swimming Goals

Our coaches have set up some information to help swimmers reach their goals for the upcoming months. I've added the link to the left under swimming goals. You can also find it here. There are two different sheets and at the bottom of the link you can switch from the two sheets in the excel file. Please take a moment to look these over, and understand where your swimmer might be sitting regarding their swimming. You should be able to watch at practice and tell by the time where they are.
